Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients, including property owners and general contractors, to build strong business relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, interpret project plans and specifications, and generate detailed quotations.
  • Oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and design-build documents.
  • Conduct HVAC load calculations and utilize AutoCAD for effective project design and planning.
  • Collaborate with the construction manager to schedule technicians and ensure timely project completion.
  • Take full responsibility for projects by coordinating with clients, attending on-site meetings, ordering equipment and subcontractors, scheduling work, and monitoring costs.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and customer requirements while maintaining profitability.
  • Identify and promptly price additional work (change orders) as necessary.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A background in HVAC, either through education or practical experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive:

  • A competitive base salary up to $95K, commensurate with experience.
