Key Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing project timelines, subcontractor obligations, and procurement of materials for residential projects.
- Assisting in the formulation and implementation of project strategies.
- Monitoring daily project advancements, including material requisitions, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners, acting as a liaison to stakeholders.
- Organizing and preparing project-related documentation, schedules, and material requests.
- Conducting research and analysis to support informed decision-making related to projects.
- Helping to resolve project-related challenges and conflicts.
- Providing necessary administrative support to the project team.
Candidate Profile
Ideal Qualifications for the Project Coordinator:
- Over 10 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles within the construction field.
- Demonstrated experience in project management with a solid construction background.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Sage, Dropbox, Monday app, Chief Architect, and SketchUp.
