Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary Degree: A culinary degree or related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Leadership Experience: Three to five years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience, with a strong track record of leadership and team development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with management, staff, and guests at all levels.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, to support our seven-day-a-week dining operation.
  • Certifications: ServSafe Certification and Department of Health Certification are required.
