As a Store Manager in Training, you will be responsible for leading a team of cookie enthusiasts in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

• Manage store operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and staff supervision.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
• Lead and develop a team of cookie sales and delivery staff, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the Store Ops Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for new team members.

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store.
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff.
• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience.
• Ability to utilize MS Office, Word, and our Applicant Tracking System.
• Ability to work a 4-5 day work week and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week (Thurs-Sun).
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal eligibility for employment in the United States.
