Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and replenishment standards to maintain a vibrant and inviting store environment.
  • Drive sales growth by leveraging key campaigns and services, such as new item launches and promotions, to engage customers and increase sales.
  • Develop and coach the store team to achieve sales and operational goals, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to assess store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive results.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies, including safety, customer experience, and asset protection.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Strong visual merchandising and replenishment skills, with the ability to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
