Project Manager Role at Pinemar Inc

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Pinemar Inc. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful execution of our projects, focusing on communication, client management, project team coordination, and information management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as Project Lead, responsible for leading successful execution of Pinemar projects, with a focus on communication, client management, project team coordination, and information management throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Oversee and coordinate information flow between Owner, Design Team, subcontractors, material suppliers, consultants, and Pinemar Team, including ordering materials, reviewing and approving Shop Drawings, managing and tracking Submittals, managing scoping and budgeting of change orders, and reviewing/approving subcontractor invoices.
  3. Lead the Pre-Construction engagement for new projects, including preparation of budgets and schedules, development of Conceptual Budget Range Estimates, and Construction Budgets for each project.
  4. Have a proactive, flexible, and responsive approach to partially developed plans and designs, insufficient documentation and information, slow decision making.
  5. Assist superintendent in developing and managing the Construction Schedule.
  6. Be optimistic in the face of challenges, setbacks, constant scope changes, and slow decision making.
  7. Look for opportunities to creatively make the project better in ways large and small.
  8. Organize and lead Completion of Homeowner's Operation and Maintenance Manual.

Requirements:

  1. Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
  2. 10+ years of custom residential project management or commercial project management experience.
  3. Deep understanding and expertise in the methods, materials, and processes specific to high-end residential construction, and construction sequencing for complex residential renovations and new builds.
  4. Incredibly strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, and manage time effectively.
  5. Follow-through and finish strong.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Microsoft Office 365.
  8. Procore experience is a plus.
  9. Possess a natural curiosity and ability to learn.
  10. Neat Appearance.
  11. Reliable vehicle.
  12. Forty-hour work week.
  13. Driver's license and good driving record.
  14. Drug free.
