Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
- Welcome all patients and offer refreshments.
- Check patients in and ensure the schedule accurately reflects appointment statuses.
- Facilitate patient check-outs and arrange follow-up appointments.
- Maintain the schedule book with accountability.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel for assistance.
- Conduct appointment confirmation calls.
- Prepare patient charts for the following day and organize them by appointment time.
- Set up new patient charts.
- Manage inventory of front office supplies.
- Monitor and forward emails to relevant staff members.
- Organize and maintain the filing system.
- Ensure the Front Desk and Lobby areas are tidy.
Billing Responsibilities
- Process payments efficiently.
- Generate daily close-out reports from the scheduling system and verify their accuracy.
- Complete deposit slips for all cash and checks received.
Physical Requirements

Qualifications
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- At least 1 year of experience in an office or administrative role.
Key Skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
- Ability to compose routine reports and correspondence.
- Effective communication skills for addressing groups of customers or employees.
- Basic mathematical skills for calculations.
- Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
