Senior Account Executive Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Toshiba America Business Solutions. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our full line of office solutions, including multi-functional, full-color copiers and printers, and software solutions, to businesses in the Lexington, KY marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota via cold calling and self-generated leads.
  • Present and sell Toshiba digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi-functional products.
  • Drive net new business through prospecting and high conversion rate of warm leads from lead generation campaigns.
  • Work with clients to understand and identify objectives and needs while aligning Toshiba products and services where business opportunities exist.
  • Develop relationships with clients and deliver high levels of client care.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, coordinating the terms of the sale and client training.
  • Create and maintain a prospecting plan including territory management and prospecting objectives to identify key areas of opportunity for new business.
  • Conduct sales reporting as required.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the industry and trends influencing the marketplace.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Two or more years of outside or inside sales experience in a business-to-business environment or:
  • Five or more years of high-volume sales experience in one or more of the following industries: Technology, Finance, Mortgage/Real Estate, and/or Consulting.
  • Five or more years of business-to-business experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting.
  • Ability to travel as required.
