Account Executive Job Description

IMA Financial Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead our National Real Estate Team. This role is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the renewal process for existing accounts, including policy reviews, loss analysis, and program design.
  • Develop and maintain intimate knowledge of clients' business operations, strategies, and needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and drive business growth.
  • Manage a book of business exceeding $1.3 million in revenue, with a focus on large and complex accounts.
  • Develop and maintain carrier relationships to secure competitive pricing and terms.
  • Provide exceptional client service, including regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive risk management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience in insurance or a related industry, with a strong understanding of risk management and client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Travel up to 20-25% of the time, depending on the location of the role.
