We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Insurance Account Support Specialist to enhance our premier insurance agency's operations. This role is essential in assisting Commercial Account Managers who serve middle-market commercial clients.
Work Environment: Fully Remote / Work from Anywhere
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and 401(k) plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the billing processes of insurance policies.
- Manage endorsements, policy audits, and cancellation procedures.
- Provide support with claims as required.
- Help Account Managers with application completion, quote procurement, and the creation of proposals and presentations.
- Assess insurance coverage to identify gaps and suggest optimal coverage solutions.
- Address and resolve accounting inquiries and issues.
- Ensure compliance with data standards and integrity within the agency management system.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial insurance is highly desirable.
- Possession of a Property and Casualty license is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- A collaborative team player who fosters teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Applied EPIC is an added advantage.
