Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth by reinforcing the relationship between Crystal D and our customers. This role requires strong presentation skills, sales skills, and the ability to educate and support customers to uncover new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed sales objectives, including pre-sale activities and revenue targets.
Manage customer relationships to sustain current business and develop new business from existing customers.
Proactively connect with customers to uncover potential new business opportunities.
Execute regular structured sales calls within assigned territory to achieve quarterly and annually activity targets.

Requirements:

2+ years of prior experience in inside sales, commissioned sales, or account management roles.
Strong presentation and sales skills, with the ability to educate and support customers.
Proficient in operations of personal computer and current versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Tech-savvy and able to learn and adapt to new technology quickly.
