Territory Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our Minnesota team at Torke Family Coffee Roasters.

The Territory Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining our valuable relationships with customers, ensuring seamless direct route delivery of our products.

The territory covers southwestern suburbs and northern Minnesota, requiring a strong understanding of the region and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute direct route delivery of our products to a daily mix of customers.
  • Work on sales in the region, building strong relationships with customers.
  • Deliver coffee and manage par levels for customers, ensuring optimal inventory management.
  • Be familiar with our product mix and offerings, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Conduct minor repairs and updates to beverage equipment, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Be the first line of response for repair or service if beverage equipment needs attention.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the coffee industry and our products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
