Territory Sales Manager

TrueNorth Steel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell our products in the Northeastern Minnesota and Wisconsin territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell TrueNorth Steel products to consulting civil engineering firms, county engineers, and other potential customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Travel throughout the territory to meet with customers and prospects.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and bids.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
