Business Development Representative

Our platform streamlines daily job boards, job scheduling, bid tracking, and timesheet management, allowing subcontractors to focus more on their work and less on administrative tasks.
Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
The BDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Reach out to prospective customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry or Construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Experience in the construction or subcontracting industry.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
