Your Role:
We are currently seeking a Seasonal Client Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team.

Work Schedule:
Standard business hours; Monday - Friday
This position is temporary and will require onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and correspondence to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Strive to elevate customer experiences whenever possible.
- Enter, process, and expedite customer orders efficiently.
- Provide accurate pricing estimates and quotes.
- Address service inquiries and resolve issues.
- Educate customers on product offerings.
- Relay service feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Demonstrates the ability to utilize limited experience and judgment to achieve objectives.
