Job Overview

Trunk Tools, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of our products to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, customer success, and technical program management. You will work closely with our sales, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from kick-off to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project escalations and ensure alignment across all teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to develop and implement effective project plans.
  • Contribute to the development of our implementation management and delivery operations processes.
  • Provide regular feedback to sales and product teams to optimize hand-offs, onboarding, training, and customer stabilization.
  • Monitor and maintain implementation KPIs and other data sources to ensure maximum clarity around client health and deliverables.
  • Provide post-go-live support, including recurring check-ins, usage analysis, and contributing to client renewal conversations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation management, project management, technical program management, or management consulting.
  • Proven track record of running complex projects with multiple enterprise clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • A bias towards action and a desire to improve the lives of those who work in the built world.
