The Customer Success organization at VTS is dedicated to ensuring clients receive the maximum value from our products and services. Our teams in Product Education, Implementation, Success Management, and Support work together to deliver business outcomes.

This role is within the Implementation Services team, responsible for ensuring the successful rollout of VTS' leasing, asset management, and digital marketing platform for our clients. We continuously improve time to value.

As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will support both clients and internal teams with onboarding client data onto the platform and guiding them through the approval and early adoption process. Prior experience in project management and SaaS is ideal. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working cross-functionally across teams at VTS to ensure a consistent client experience from pre-sale through to implementation and ongoing support
  • Planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines and activities from project kick-off through portfolio go-live to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and satisfies desired implementation outcomes
  • Facilitating recurring project management meetings to ensure the client is meeting project milestones and their expectations are being met
  • Creating bespoke implementation plans based on client goals, including tailored data collection and workflows
  • Supporting the client with their technical onboarding
