About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living and attending to individual care needs.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to ensure the highest quality of care and services.
  • Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote a safe and healthy environment.
  • Respond to the dining needs of residents and guests, maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
  • Invite, Encourage, and Assist (IEA) residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities.
Qualifications
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted, with certifications and licenses required in some states.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
