Client Care Specialist Role at Hillcrest Children and Family Center

Overview:

  • Facilitate continuous coordination of therapeutic interventions for individuals facing substance use disorders and associated primary health issues.
  • Assemble a collaborative team for case management, treatment strategy development, and advocacy efforts.
  • Adaptable working hours, including evenings and emergency response availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals and families utilizing a strengths-based perspective.
  • Design personalized treatment strategies and implement suitable therapeutic approaches.
  • Maintain a valid Driver's License along with a vehicle and insurance coverage.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is highly regarded.
  • Experience working with individuals in crisis situations.
  • Familiarity with community support resources.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and administrative tasks.
  • Capability to engage with a variety of personalities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
