Full-Time Aged Care Service Support Specialist
At Aged Care Resumes, we are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home aged care and disability support services, empowering individuals to maintain their independence.

We are on the lookout for an Aged Care Service Support Specialist to enhance our team.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that personalized services are tailored, implemented, and effectively communicated to clients and their support networks, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.


Key Responsibilities:


The Aged Care Service Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering effective, friendly, and professional communication with our clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported. You will also handle various administrative tasks that facilitate the seamless delivery of services.


Main Duties Include:
  • Daily customer service interactions
  • Engaging with clients, families, and support personnel
  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls
  • Monitoring and replying to emails
  • Scheduling and creating master rosters
  • Managing third-party communications and referrals
  • Coordinating allied health referrals
  • Generating daily feedback reports and addressing any low-priority feedback
  • Processing product and purchase requests
  • Handling general administrative tasks, including inquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with all organizational policies and relevant regulations regarding service delivery

  • Friendly and empathetic communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Effective organizational, decision-making, and planning skills
  • Experience in scheduling (preferred)
  • Ability to adapt in a team environment with shifting priorities to meet client needs

Requirements:
  • Experience or relevant qualifications in Community Care or Business Administration
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Current criminal record check clearance and working with children check
