Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, guiding them to resolution or directing them to the appropriate representative.
- Facilitate member access to essential benefits forms and ensure their availability for in-office visits.
- Draft and send correspondence to members, maintaining a professional tone.
- Oversee the member experience, embodying the client’s image and values.
- Perform data entry tasks, including tax updates and address changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct quality checks on data to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Execute additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one to two years of office experience, or two to three years of specialized experience relevant to the role. Key qualifications include:
- Experience in confidential record management and call center operations.
- Proficiency in computer applications and human resources processes.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with records management and imaging systems.
- Ability to utilize office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines.
- Basic arithmetic skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
