Consumer Sales Support Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate branch operations by delivering outstanding customer service and achieving individual sales and delinquency objectives.
  • Engage with current and prospective clients, manage overdue accounts, and assist the manager in daily operational oversight as required.
  • Support the development of team members to enhance performance and take charge of daily administrative duties to ensure thorough execution.
  • Process credit loan applications, tailor loan solutions to meet customer needs, and actively promote all available sales offerings.

Additional Duties:

  • Maintain a cash drawer, including processing payments and ensuring daily deposits are made to designated financial institutions.
  • Consistently meet or surpass individual and branch targets related to the sale of company products and services.
  • Acquire knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Consumer laws to ensure compliance in all actions.
  • Adapt to additional responsibilities based on market demands and branch staffing to maintain high-quality customer service.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service or sales, with at least two (2) years in the Consumer Lending or Financial Services sector, demonstrating consistent achievement of assigned KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software, with the ability to learn financial services applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and interpersonal skills in challenging situations, or completion of relevant coursework/training.
  • Must perform job-related tasks at the assigned branch location unless otherwise directed by the company in consultation with applicable regulatory agencies.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to operate computer and phone systems; physical presence in the office is required.
  • Hourly compensation is based on skills and experience, with eligibility for a competitive incentive program based on individual and company performance.
