Position Overview

At Spieldenner Financial Group, we are part of one of the most rapidly expanding insurance networks in the nation. Our primary focus is on ensuring agents receive prompt compensation, maintaining low operational costs, and providing comprehensive training and support to foster agent success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Dedicate 6-8 hours weekly to connect with prospective clients who have shown interest in our services, arranging meetings to discuss their mortgage protection needs.
  • Information Analysis: Allocate 4-5 hours weekly to thoroughly review client information to tailor solutions that address their financial requirements in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Client Meetings: Spend 2 days a week conducting meetings with clients, either virtually or face-to-face, to present tailored options, explain coverage details, and assist with the application process.
  • Administrative Duties: Invest 2 hours weekly in following up with insurance providers to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
Candidate Profile:

Compensation Structure:

This role operates on a commission-only basis. The average commission for a mortgage protection policy is approximately $600 per family. We anticipate that a full-time agent will secure 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans weekly. Additionally, we provide a range of premium financial products aimed at helping clients save for retirement or protect their existing retirement accounts from market volatility. Comprehensive training is available to equip agents with the knowledge and skills necessary to sell these products effectively. Alongside uncapped commissions, we offer a competitive bonus structure and opportunities for incentive trips based on individual and team performance.
