Position Summary

We are in search of a Client Advisor to join our vibrant team.

Your Contributions:
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement; cultivate new client relationships via appointments and personalized services, and keep clients informed about new arrivals, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and various selling strategies (cross-selling, upselling, etc.) to enhance each transaction, improve performance metrics, and close sales effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular updates and accurate maintenance of client profiles.
  • Embrace a learning mindset by actively seeking and integrating feedback from peers and management.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge (both technical and inspirational) across all collections through available training resources.
  • Assist management with essential store operations, including inventory counts and maintaining visual merchandising standards as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a respectful and equitable environment for all associates.
Candidate Profile:
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within a luxury context.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Skilled in building and sustaining a loyal client base.
  • Genuine passion for fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, high energy, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintains a polished and professional appearance at all times.
  • Preferred experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Availability for closing shifts at least three times per week, including a minimum of three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, as well as during peak seasons.
  • Capability to lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs. regularly and climb ladders as necessary.

  • Competitive salary range (plus commission and eligibility for overtime).
