Position Summary
We are in search of a Client Advisor who will report directly to the Store Manager, becoming an integral part of our vibrant team in Cabazon.
Your Contributions:
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement; cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignment opportunities, while keeping all clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
- Effectively apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and various selling strategies (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling, etc.) to optimize each transaction, enhance KPIs, and finalize sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consistently updating and managing client profile records.
- Embrace a learning mindset by actively seeking and incorporating feedback from peers and management.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge (both technical and inspirational) across all collections by utilizing the training resources provided by the company.
- Assist management with essential store operations such as inventory counts and light cleaning duties, ensuring visual standards are upheld, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster an environment where all associates are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably within a luxury context.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Skilled in building and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Genuine passion for fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, high energy, and a team-oriented approach.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintains a polished and professional appearance at all times.
- Preferred experience in luxury retail sales.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability for closing shifts at least three times a week, a minimum of three Saturdays per month, and two Sundays per month, including annual inventory and the entire holiday season.
- Capable of climbing ladders and lifting packages weighing 5-8 lbs. regularly.
- Salary range of $ /hr (plus commission and overtime eligibility).
