Position Summary

We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our vibrant team in Cabazon, reporting directly to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement; cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping all clients informed about new collection launches, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and various selling strategies (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling, etc.) to optimize each transaction, enhance KPIs, and close sales effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular updates and meticulous maintenance of client profile records.
  • Embrace a continuous learning mindset by actively seeking and incorporating feedback from peers and management.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge (both technical and inspirational) across all collections by leveraging training resources provided by the company.
  • Assist management with essential store operations such as inventory counts and light cleaning duties, while upholding visual standards including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Foster an environment where all associates are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
Candidate Profile:
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably within a luxury setting.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Ability to build and sustain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine passion for fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, high energy, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintains a polished and professional appearance at all times.
  • Luxury retail experience is preferred.
  • Capable of being mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Availability for closing shifts at least three times per week, three Saturdays per month, and two Sundays per month, as well as during annual inventory and the holiday season.
  • Able to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs. regularly.
Compensation:
  • Competitive salary range of $ /hr (plus commission and eligibility for overtime).
