About the Role:

The LPN/RN is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures as indicated. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering medications and treatments, including dressings, catheterization, suctioning, and oxygen therapy.
  • Assisting in direct patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of patient care and medication administration.
  • Responding to emergency calls and making rounds with physicians.
  • Keeping physicians and family members informed of patient changes and progress.

Requirements include:

  • Current licensure as an LPN/RN in the State of Florida.
  • At least 6 months of nursing experience, with geriatric involvement preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
