The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing setting. As an LPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate and individualized care to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians and other healthcare team members
- Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop care plans
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida
- At least 6 months of experience in a skilled nursing setting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
