Your Role
As a Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional maintenance and repair services for industrial vacuum pumps and related machinery, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines to enhance the durability and efficiency of client equipment.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all service activities using sophisticated hardware and software systems.
- Ensure you are equipped with the necessary tools and maintain them for optimal performance.
- Develop expertise in Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), industrial networks, remote monitoring, and leak audits to offer superior solutions.

Customer Commitment
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available for overtime as required.
- Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and mentorship among colleagues to elevate service quality.
- Represent our company with professionalism, ensuring a customer-focused approach that enhances our brand image.

- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with technical training in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, or HVAC.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in troubleshooting field equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with the ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
- Experience in manufacturing or assembly environments is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in diverse industrial settings, including extreme temperatures.
