  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest equipment and technologies.
  • Travel: Travel up to 50% of the time to client sites, both locally and nationally, to perform equipment installations and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong hands-on mechanical skills with a willingness to learn and be coached.
  • Manufacturing or Equipment/Machine Repair Experience: Ideal, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Abilities: Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Passion for Hands-on Work: Passionate about being hands-on and working on industrial equipment.
  • Knowledge of Electrical and Hydraulic Components: Desirable, but not required.
