Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial battery systems and charging equipment.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance on customer battery and charger units.
  • Manage service vehicle and maintain inventory of necessary tools and parts.
  • Complete administrative tasks following job completion.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with a solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
  • Ability to interpret and work with electrical schematics.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Capability to operate lift trucks safely.
  • Technical degree and prior experience in battery and charger repair are advantageous.
  • Welding experience and familiarity with various testing instruments are preferred.
