Job Description

This position involves providing holistic nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs through the nursing process.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care delivery

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment

• Facilitate care coordination using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs

• Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school

• Associate's Degree - Nursing or Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

• 18 months professional nursing experience
