Overview

As a Clinical Staff Supervisor at Providence Medical Group in Oregon, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient patient care services are provided in an ambulatory setting.

About the Role

This leadership position oversees the clinical support team and manages workflows to ensure seamless patient care. The ideal candidate should have experience in patient care and a background in supervisory roles within ambulatory settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the clinical support staff and clinical workflows within the clinic.
  • Function as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding nursing standards.
  • Oversee the care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of clinical staff members.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • National Provider BLS certification upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • At least 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
  • 1 year of experience in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
