Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland. As a Clinic RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs
  • Collaborate with other members of the health care team to facilitate care coordination
  • Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • 18 months professional nursing experience
