Nurse Specialist Ambulatory Care Position

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our Ambulatory Care team. As an integral member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within an assigned department/unit.

Job Description:The RN Staff Nurse Ambulatory-Clinic role involves assessing, analyzing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care following established patient care standards. You will work closely with the clinical manager or designee to deliver quality care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care within an assigned department/unit
- Participate as a member of the healthcare team in cooperation with and under the direction of the clinical manager or designee
- Assess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following established patient care standards
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current applicable state RN license
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
- Demonstrated ability of positive interpersonal and communication skills
- Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems
