We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Providence Medical Forensic Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive, trauma-informed care to individuals who have experienced sexual, physical, and/or psychological violence.

Key responsibilities include performing physical examinations, collecting evidence, administering medications, and providing counseling and/or referrals to appropriate resources. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute and/or ambulatory care setting, with previous experience as a Forensic Nurse strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will be certified in Family Medicine and have an Oregon DEA license. They will also be required to have malpractice liability insurance provided by Providence.

We are a unique outpatient medical forensic clinic working in a collaborative multidisciplinary team that includes forensic nurses and nurse practitioners as well as law enforcement and prosecutors. Our program provides integrated care to women and children across the state, offering a wide range of programs that serve patients through all phases of life.
