Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments of speech and language capabilities for students.
- Create tailored intervention plans and objectives to address various communication challenges.
- Deliver therapeutic services through both individual and group sessions to foster students' speech and language growth.
- Work collaboratively with educators, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Regularly track and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as necessary.
- Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide essential contributions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Certification from ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in educational or pediatric environments is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
