Position Summary:

As a Culinary Operations Associate, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas. You will also assist with food preparation tasks to support our culinary team, ensuring a seamless operation that enhances customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently wash dishes, pots, and pans using both dishwasher and manual methods.
  • Safely operate standard kitchen equipment.
  • Collaborate with fellow cooks and assist at various stations as required.
  • Comply with all food safety and quality standards, as well as restaurant policies.
  • Assist in unloading deliveries of food and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness in refrigerators and storerooms, ensuring proper storage of food and supplies.
  • Label and date all food items in storage areas accurately.
  • Follow safe food-handling procedures for excess food disposal.
  • Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and sanitary, including floors, equipment, and workstations.
  • Regularly collect and dispose of trash in accordance with established protocols.
  • Report any safety issues to management promptly.
  • Communicate professionally with team members regarding customer service.
  • Complete all closing tasks as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to work in confined spaces with elevated temperatures.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms.
