We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Professional to join our team as a Remote Insurance Agent. As a Life Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Utilize our proprietary A.I. CRM to streamline sales processes and effectively cross-sell products.
- Benefit from our robust life and health lead system, which automatically enters leads into our CRM and facilitates automated campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in insurance sales, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and products.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to lead, work alongside, and motivate a team of agents.
- Technical proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools, with familiarity with automation and AI-driven tools.
- Licensing in multiple states, with the ability and desire to expand.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
