Job Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Community Liaison for our Fairfax / Arlington, VA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our Housecall and Hospice services in the community, analyzing market potential, and developing sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the company's service area to determine target markets.
  • Visit healthcare facilities, such as doctor's offices, hospitals, and assisted living facilities, to present our credentials and obtain patient referrals.
  • Analyze the company's organization to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and setting a reasonable timetable.
  • Implement the marketing plan, staying within established deadlines.
  • Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on a regular basis.
  • Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
  • Assist office staff as needed with updates and other tasks.
  • Provide community outreach and education.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work, interacting with health agencies and professionals.
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
