Key Responsibilities
  • Load and inventory the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each assignment.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized vehicle, ensuring all equipment is clean and presentable.
  • Prepare work areas for tasks, setting up staging areas and equipment as required.
  • Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly after completion.
  • Execute production tasks in accordance with established guidelines and directions from the crew chief.
  • Facilitate clear communication with the crew chief and fellow technicians, particularly regarding client needs and concerns.
  • Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, ensuring job sites are left in pristine condition.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on water mitigation efforts.
Position Requirements
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency.
  • Preferred experience in cleaning and restoration.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred IICRC certifications.
  • Proficient in using an iPad.
  • Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at heights, as well as in confined spaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Must successfully complete a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
Compensation

The pay rate is $18.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and merit-based increases.
