About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at The Fresh Market. As a key member of our Meat and Seafood Department, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of all functions and activities within the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with managing labor costs and reducing losses in the Meat and Seafood Department.
  • Support the training and development of all Meat Cutters and Meat/Seafood Clerks.
  • Handle and cut a variety of specialty meats and seafood products.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a meat cutting or butchery role.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
