Endodontic Specialist

Specialized Dental Partners, a leading dental practice, is seeking a highly skilled Endodontic Associate to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Lead Partner Doctor to develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and productive office culture.
• Provide training and coaching to the clinical team on clinical processes and preferences.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract new referrals and maintain existing ones.
• Perform a range of endodontic procedures, including examining, diagnosing, and treating dental tissue, administering anesthetics, and performing root canals and endodontic surgeries.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in endodontics.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in surgical procedures.
• DDS or DMD degree with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
