Progressive Care Unit Nurse

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely communication of patient information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
- At least one year of experience in the acute care setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
