Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Urology Territory Manager to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the urology market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in urology
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to travel within territory daily, with occasional overnight stays
