Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Urology Territory Manager to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the urology market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the urology market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in the urology market.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel within the territory and occasionally outside the territory for sales meetings and training.
