Job Summary

MCK McKesson Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Insider Threat Program. As a Global Lead Insider Threat Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and detect insider threats, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our security posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement insider threat mitigation strategies to protect our organization's assets and data.
  • Collaborate with the Incident Response team, law enforcement, and industry experts to enhance our insider threat program.
  • Monitor and analyze security policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees and external stakeholders to raise awareness about insider threats.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior leadership on insider threat mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC), Human Resources, Legal, and other teams to remediate and mitigate identified risks.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on insider threat mitigation.
  • 3+ years of experience with security issues, vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and security standards.
  • 1+ year of experience with insider threat programs and information security best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience.
  • Working knowledge of network and endpoint security, current threat and attack trends, and security principles.
  • Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems and security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) tools.
