The IT Security Governance Specialist will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive IT security governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of IT security principles and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Formulate and execute IT security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards Perform regular evaluations and audits of IT security measures to identify vulnerabilities and areas for enhancement Collaborate with diverse teams to establish effective risk management processes related to IT security Provide expert guidance to IT teams on implementing security measures and mitigating risks Monitor compliance with IT security policies and report findings to senior management Stay informed about emerging threats and regulatory changes, recommending proactive risk mitigation strategies Engage in incident response activities, including the investigation of security breaches and implementation of corrective actions Promote a culture of security awareness through training and communication initiativesRequired Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT security governance or risk management In-depth knowledge of IT security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework) Experience conducting IT security assessments and audits Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical audiences Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Familiarity with IT security tools and technologies At least 5 years of IT experience across various technologies Experience in IT Security Risk and Governance, including Controls Management Strong organizational skills and accountability Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Ability to produce clear technical documentation Commitment to customer service and organizational goalsEducational Background
