About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect to join our team at GM Financial. As a Cybersecurity Architect, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive Cybersecurity program to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of GM Financial's information assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure architecture for GM Financial's IT infrastructure, including network, cloud, and application security.
  • Develop and maintain Cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Cybersecurity is integrated into all aspects of GM Financial's business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging Cybersecurity threats and technologies, and recommend improvements to GM Financial's Cybersecurity posture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a focus on architecture and engineering.
  • Experience with cloud security, container security, and DevOps environments.
  • Certifications in Cybersecurity disciplines, such as CISSP or CISM.
