  • Oversee cloud services and infrastructure, including both public and private cloud solutions, to enhance scalability and cost-effectiveness.

  • Assess and predict infrastructure capacity requirements to support growth and evolving demands.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing infrastructure and operations teams.
  • Expertise in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • Strong ability to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of technological infrastructure.
  • Capability to develop and implement infrastructure and operations strategies that support business objectives.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation for IT infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT support, security, and development.
  • Proficiency in disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure and operations, such as cloud computing and DevOps practices.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive technology initiatives and align them with business objectives.
  • Thorough understanding of IT service management and operational best practices.

Experience Required:

  • Over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT service management, and operational roles.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
